1.) Check your e-mail for your registration details. You will be getting homework everyday to make sure you leave the 5 Day Challenge with the exact steps you need to take to lose your first 10 pounds.
2) We will be going live on Zoom all 5 days starting April 10th. The Zoom link will be coming out the morning of Day 1, so make sure my emails are not going to your spam folder!
3.) Introduce yourself in the group (even if you've been around for the past challenges).
